All About Food

I have been cooking and baking since I can remember. As a child, I made cookies and Stromboli. As a teen, I began working with poultry, beef, and seafood. In my twenties, I started to create my own versions of popular recipes. 

I’m a firm believer in using what you have; there is always a substitute. In result of a vast amount of kitchen improv, I develop new flavors, textures, and ultimately: New Recipes.

Because of such improvisation, recreating a recipe is nearly impossible. This brings me to the Blogging World. I’m here to share, create, and preserve!
